Request a drop-off time and we will confirm it with you. Nothing is booked until we confirm. For a puncture or a quick adjustment, call first and we will fit you in if we can.
How long will it take?
Most services ready in 24 to 48 hours, with punctures and safety checks the same day. We tell you when you drop the bike off, and text when it is ready.
What if it needs more work than I booked?
We call or text with a price before doing anything beyond what you booked. Nothing extra is done without your say-so.
Do you work on e-bikes?
Yes. We service and repair most e-bikes, and our diagnostics check the motor, battery and sensors and tell you what the bike needs.
Can you come to me instead?
Yes, for most adjustments, punctures and brake jobs. Call us to arrange a visit at home or at work, anywhere in south Manchester.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes: a 30-day workmanship guarantee on the work we do. If something we fitted is not right, bring it back and we will put it right.
