Which service does my bike need?
If it rides well but feels tired, a Bronze safety check. Once or twice a year, a Silver service. If it has been years, or it lives outside, a Gold rebuild. Not sure? Tell us how it rides and we will say.
Are parts included?
The price covers the work, with cables included on Silver and bearings on Gold. Any other part is quoted first, and nothing is fitted without your say-so.
Do you work on every make of e-bike?
We work on most e-bike systems. A few makers keep their software updates to their own dealers, and we will tell you if yours is one of them.
Can I wait while you work on it?
For a puncture or a quick adjustment, often yes: call first. Services need the bike for longer, so drop it off and we will text when it is ready.
